The CIT Coaches class provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate and debrief CIT role-play training. The class builds on adult learning theory to provide coaching and debriefing skills and understand the components required for scenario training delivery. Participants must have successfully completed the 40-hour CIT Training within the last 3 years and be willing to deliver positive, constructive feedback to students that will build their ability to solve situations encountered during a CIT call.
